Approaching Health with Empathy, Recognizing Each Individual's Needs
Endometriosis can leave you feeling disconnected from your body like it’s working against you- unpredictable and overwhelming.
But your symptoms aren’t random, they’re not betrayals … they’re signals. Clues from your body asking for support, safety and understanding.
Leaning into this and learning to work with your body, can be a powerful shift to clarity and connection. With compassionate support and personalized guidance you’ll learn to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels empowering, hopeful, and deeply aligned.
You deserve more than coping. You deserve an interactive, supportive journey, grounded in practical tools and meaningful change.
Meet Megan
My studies first began at the University of Western Ontario & Brescia University College where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree upon completion of an Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics. I continued my studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and graduated with first class honours, earning the designation as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner. My unique educational background of Nutrition and Dietetics combined with Holistic Nutrition has provided me with extensive knowledge and understanding in this field.
Throughout my professional journey, I have enriched my knowledge and expertise by working with a variety of clientele. This has allowed me to develop a versatile approach that adapts to the unique requirements of each client.
In addition to my nutritional education and experience, I also have a strong passion for physical activity and am certified as a Personal Training Specialist.
The Journey That Led Me Here
Nutrition, health and wellness have always been a passion of mine.
From a young age, I experienced substantial health challenges that required me to push boundaries and overcome many obstacles. I can empathize with my clients as I have had to navigate many health issues, some of which include chronic pain, digestive issues, chronic headaches and endometriosis.
This is when I discovered a holistic approach to healing - addressing root causes, understanding the complexity of the bodies systems and how they greatly impact one another. I’ve experienced first hand the powerful effect diet, supplementation and lifestyle modifications can have on restoring health.
My personal experience as a patient has greatly impacted my approach and understanding when working with clients.
